Service Received Benefit
Multi staffed call centre running 6 days a week Calls Fielded and all calls answered an average day can receive 40 calls
Email account Emails are answered daily, time is spent answering queries and questions which saves the instructor using their own personal time during their evenings or days off.
Website Individual websites for Karens School of Motoring & Automatic Pass, both covering manual and automatic which allows twice as much exposure to the public.
Changes actioned on websites to ensure that reviews are promoted for each instructor. Updating prices and promotions.
Ghost Telephone Numbers We pay for a ghost telephone number for your local area to ensure that those clients who just look for companies local to them do not miss your details.
Data Protection We pay for our websites to comply with data protection ensuring all our instructors are compliant.
Credit / Debit Card Payments We accept credit/Debit card payments on your behalf to ensure that clients have the option to pay with the knowledge that their payment is protected. We do not pass on the credit card charges to our instructors but absorb this cost.
Immediate Payments of instructors’ credits When payments have been received from a client the instructor is immediately paid (usually within 24 hours) prior to our credit card company issuing the payment to our bank account. We do not receive the monies for 3 – 4 days.
Business Bank Account - Client Account We use a client account for keeping your client’s monies in a separate account which ensures the reassurance of their monies protected.
Drivers Franchise Credit Account We offer the ability for your money to be built up within a safe account, which some instructors use for their yearly tax bill or to pay their franchise account.
Premium Lesson Prices We maintain a higher hourly rate allowing our instructors to achieve a realistic income. Our clients are charged a premium rate for evening & weekend lessons.
Intensive Driving Courses Our instructors receive a higher premium for intensive driving courses – an additional £10 per hour. All booked on our instructor’s behalf, taking the stress and time away enabling them to just book in the client's times.
Social Media We provide a strong social media presence ensuring that our instructors and driving schools are promoted, especially to celebrate our instructor and student driving test passes. Ensuring that we are one of the most seen driving schools on various platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
Facebook We use Facebook to promote instructors and the school, using their sponsored facility which means we pay to advertise promoting the lessons, ensuring we are bringing in new students for our instructors.
Google We maintain our presence with google monitoring reviews and posts. We pay for a google presence which again promotes our instructors and schools, bringing in more students for our instructors.
Weekly Invoices We provide weekly invoices for all our instructors when payments are required to assist in their yearly accounts.
Printed Material We supply all the printed booklets etc that are required, free of charge, saving our instructors money and time.
Glossy Progress books supplied free of charge
Business Cards – supplied free of charge
Called today cards – missed lesson cards – supplied free of charge
Complaints Should complaints be received we will deal with this initially with the client, trying to solve the problem prior to contacting the instructor.
Franchise Fee Option to have franchise free weeks
Practical Tests We now offer a facility of being able to book your clients practical tests (an admin charge is added payable by student).
