Unless Customer shall, within 48 hours after delivery, inspect the Products and notify Automatic Pass, in writing, of any defects found, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted on delivery. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods for whatever reason, they can be returned within 7 days of receipt for replacement, refund or gift certificate. Goods must be returned in the condition received. Damages, faulty goods, or loss/shortage in transit must be notified to Automatic Pass within seven days of receipt or expected receipt of order, and if the fault was due to Automatic Pass or it's suppliers, Automatic Pass will also reimburse the customer any reasonable costs in returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The customer may cancel their order either by our online Contact Automatic Pass form or by calling one of our contact numbers. If the order has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the products to Automatic Pass within 7 days of receipt of goods in the condition received. Refund of the order will be made within 5 working days of receiving your cancellation, or within 5 working days of receipt of returned goods at Automatic Pass in cases where the order has already been dispatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
